RODO clause
Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 2016, No. 119) – hereinafter: RODO – we inform that:
- The administrator of your personal data is International Sourcing sp. z o.o with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Rydygiera 13A/40, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000694022.
- The Administrator is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.
- Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
3.1. Necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO;
3.2. Necessary for the conclusion of the contract based on your interest in the offer, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO.
3..3. to research the level of customer satisfaction being the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest and to determine the quality of service, as well as the level of customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by us, on the basis of Article 6.1.f RODO;
3.4. to pursue or defend against claims, if any, as the realization of our legitimate interest, on the basis of Article 6.1.f RODO; - Right to object.
4.1 You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of which we will cease to process your data for the purposes set out in Section 3, except where we demonstrate that we have legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms in relation to your data, in particular within the framework of our legitimate interest and where the data are necessary for the establishment, assertion or defense of claims. - Data retention period.
5.1 In the case of your data processed for the purpose necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, we inform you that they will be processed for the period in which claims related to the contract under the provisions of the Civil Code and / or tax law may arise, as well as for 5 years calculated from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation under the Tax Code arose.
5.2 We process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until you object to its processing for this purpose. - Sharing of personal data
6.1 Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients: entities within our corporate group. Your data may also be accessed by our subcontractors (processors), such as, for example: law firms, courier and transportation companies - Transfer of Personal Data to a Third Country
